Next summer Lenzerheide will once again become a mountain bike hotspot. The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup with the disciplines Cross-Country Olympic (XCO) and Downhill (DHI) will take place on 4 and 5 September 2021.

Since the planned UCI Mountain Bike World Cup could not take place from 4 to 6 September 2020 due to Corona, the joy about the promise of the World Cup in 2021 is even greater. The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup 2021 is already the 5th UCI Mountain Bike World Cup to be held in the Lenzerheide holiday region, including the World Championship in 2018.

Double event as a guarantee for a great atmosphere
The fact that two disciplines, Cross-Country Olympic (XCO) and Downhill (DHI), will once again be held in Lenzerheide gives the organisers grounds for optimism.

While the current World Cup cycle is still in full swing, the organisers in Lenzerheide are already preparing for the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup 2021. As nobody knows at this stage what the epidemiological situation will be next year, this is a major challenge. In the past months, however, a great deal of know-how has been gained, which will now be incorporated into the planning.
