Mountain bike riding technique with Swiss Cycling Guide Baba Anderegg, great trails around Lenzerheide and feelings of happiness are the focus of this camp.
Plus yoga classes, wellness, fine dining and two nights at the Hotel Schweizerhof.
RIDING TECHNIQUES AND EXPERIENCE FOR ADVANCED BIKERS:
For the camp you need mountain bike experience in the terrain. We will be riding on single trails in the mountains, roots or small steps should be ridable for you. Riding technique tips are included on the tours so that obstacles can be overcome even better and with more fun in the future. In the camp, mountain railways or post buses are used to help. Depending on the weather, the size of the group, and your mood, you will cover 25 to 35 kilometres and 500 to 750 metres of altitude difference per day.
