We tackle hairpin bends, steep climbs and descents and overcome obstacles of varying degrees of difficulty.
Prerequisites:
The course is aimed at adults. First off-road mountain bike experience is an advantage. If there are enough registrations, two strength classes will be formed.

Participation in the course is also possible with an e-MTB. If you are taking part with your e-bike, please note this in your registration so that we can plan better.
The program is designed for the basic technique of mountain biking, which is the same for the E-MTB. However, no E-MTB-specific content is covered.
Instead, we offer the E-MTB riding technique course.
